If your formal has been postponed, please don’t worry, we handled this many times last year. Please just update us with your new formal date and your booking will be moved to your new date, without any cost to you. 

In the event your dress is already booked for your new date, we’ll help you find an alternative dress, or provide store credit. The store credit is valid for 3 years, can be transferred to a friend, or can be used on any other products for example, clutch hire or Booby Tape. It is rare that we're unable to find you a replacement dress, and we had great success finding solutions last year.

If you have already received your dress and paid in full and your formal is postponed or cancelled last minute, you can opt for either a store credit for the full amount paid, or a partial refund of all monies except your non-refundable $100 deposit. Shipping charges are non refundable.

Our response regarding Covid impacted event cancellations or postponements has been compiled following guidelines by ACCC (Australian Competition and Consumer Commission).

My formal has been postponed – what happens with my deposit?

If you have already booked, your deposit is secured against your dress until your new formal date is given. We are moving bookings rapidly to the new dates, so far with great success of availability. Please get in touch as soon as you have your new date.

What if my gown is already booked for my new formal date?

If your gown is unavailable for your new date, we are working on a personalized basis to find you a new dress. We are constantly adding new gowns to minimise impact to date clashes. In the event we can’t find an alternative, a credit note (eGift Card) will be issued to the value of your payment. 

If my event is completely cancelled, will you provide a refund?

In line with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission advice, when an event is cancelled due to a government decision, for example public health, we will offer a credit note (eGift Card) only.

eGift Cards

This can be used on any products on the website including dress hire, clutch hire and undergarment solutions. You have 3 years to redeem the eGift Card and it is transferable (you can pass the credit to someone else).
